Your Instructor
Danielle began gymnastics when she was four years old and competed on the Junior Olympic team as a teen. She trained and competed averaging over 20 hours a week until retirement. Gymnastics was so engrained in her that she couldn't stay away for long - she earned her judging credentials and began coaching for the gym at which she used to train.
Throughout this time, she explored many different sports and athletics that ranged from yoga, to stress management, to self-defense and MMA, to physical conditioning and weight training. She fell in love with pole and aerial arts and placed in national and regional competitions earning her professional title. Training in all of these athletic backgrounds gave her a well-rounded approach to how she believes physical fitness should be approached and she want to share with a global community.
Now she is the founder of the growing global movement and company, Train Like A Gymnast. This movement helps former athletes regain confidence so that they can show up as their best selves in all areas. She believes people can physically, mentally, and emotionally do so much more than they think they can. There are so many ways to get involved with the program, no better time to start!
